Sub: Circular for Opening of Stall booking at 4th edition of IGJME 2017, 8th to 10th February 2017, Bombay Exhibition Centre
We are pleased to announce the opening of stall bookings at the 4th edition of IGJME 2017 scheduled to be held at Bombay Convention and Exhibition Centre (BEC) from 8th to 10th February 2017.
Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances this year the days & format for IGJME 2017 has been changed from 4 days (weekend days- Friday to Monday) to 3 days (working days - Wednesday to Friday). The floor plan continue to remain same as previous year. Like every year, the submission of space application form will be accepted only through our online process on http://gjepc.org/igjme/ (under Exhibitor Registration) by using existing username and password (same as being used for membership registration/renewal). Please take note that there will be NO physical space application forms for registering such space requirement.
In our endeavor to provide instant and better facility to members, we are providing the option of payment through RTGS in online space application system. Applicants can submit their online application with option of payment through Cheque / DD or RTGS. All applicants will have to send the print acknowledgement receipt along with advance payment via Cheque / DD or RTGS copy (With UTR No.) to respective Regional Office.

The last date for submission of online space application form is Tuesday, 25th October 2016. The rules of allotment and floor plan are enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
All the applicants are required to send the requisite advance payment along with the print acknowledgement receipt that will be made available at the time of successful submission of the online space application form. The same has to be compulsorily signed ONLY by the Director / Partner / Proprietor on all the pages (including the terms & conditions section) including company seal within 4 working days from the date of successful online submission.
Please be informed that if we DO NOT receive the online space application form and advance payment within the stipulated deadline as mentioned above then you will automatically lose your preferential allotment of space at IGJME 2017, even though you may have exhibited at IGJME 2016. Kindly take note that incase of non-submission or incomplete submission, your application will be automatically rejected without any notice and such members will not be eligible for further consideration in our preferential allotment of space (even though you might wish to retain same space as last year).
The stall allotment preferences have been pre-defined under the existing rules & regulations and can also be downloaded from www.gjepc.org/igjme.
