Greetings from GJEPC!

The council in its endeavour to promote exports is pleased to once again organising the dedicated one on one meetings with International buyers through the Virtual Buyer Seller Meet (VBSM) in the coming weeks.

Previously this Council has successfully organised a series of small format Virtual Buyer Seller Meets (VBSM) catering to various product categories of the G& J industry.

We have received tremendous support from buyers and exhibitors for all our VBSM's which not provides a platform to meet new buyers from around the world virtually in the comfort of their home/office, but also the B2B meetings have resulted in business transactions for many of our members.

Currently due to the continued International travel restrictions, we feel that organising such virtual buyer seller interactions will remain to be an effective way for conducting and exploring new business opportunities.  To In order to promote exports, the council has planned the following VBSM’s through the targeted buyer regions, key features of VBSM and deliverables to exhibitors.

Loose Diamond VBSM
Date : 24th – 26th March 2021 		USA / LATIN AMERICA / CHINA / CIS / OCENIA / ME Jewellery Mfrs, International Wholesalers, Importers, Dealers Each VBSM will be 3 day event with 10 Sellers and 8-10 Buyers. Exhibitors profile will be shared with Buyers and based on the sourcing needs, Zoom meeting will be scheduled between Buyer and seller for approx.. 40 minutes each.  In a day, approx.. 3 to 4 meeting will be scheduled between the buyer and seller. Buyers profile will also be shared with Exhibitors prior to the event. Zoom meeting ids will be created by GJEPC for each exhibitor which will be shared with the buyer prior to the pre-scheduled meeting.

  • For effective virtual meetings, exhibitors are requested to create their folders of their product catalogues through high resolution pictures that may be
  • shared (through share screen) at the time of one 2 one interaction with the buyers.
  • Exhibitors can share the live images through their own camera at the time of meeting.
  • Exhibitors are also suggested to use a PC/ LAPTOP with below specifications:
    • Minimum 8 GB RAM – (12 GB or more recommended)
    • Minimum 2GB Graphics Card
    • Minimum 3.5 Ghz Quad Core Processor – (Intel core i5 or i7 recommended)
    • HD Webcam with Microphone
  • Internet Bandwidth of Minimum 4mbps or better for HD Resolution besides adequate lighting

Participation cost for the VBSM is as under.
