SUBJECT: Registration of Interest (ROI) for "MACHINERY COMPANIES" to participate in IIJS PREMIERE 2020 from 6th – 10th AUGUST 2020 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai INDIA
Dear Sir,
After the successful completion of recently concluded IIJS Signature 2020, we are pleased to inform you that the 37th edition of IIJS Premiere 2020 will be held at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai from 6 – 10 August 2020.
The venue provider has indicated that they can give us additional area for IIJS Premiere 2020 where we are hopeful to accommodate more exhibitors. With the objective to offer booth space to Machinery Companies - exhibitors & waitlisted applicants at IIJS Premiere 2020 venue, we are initiating a small survey through this REGISTRATION OF INTEREST in order to gauge the exhibition space required by the Machinery - exhibitors & waitlisted applicants at BEC, Mumbai.
Submission of ROI is mandatory to all Machinery companies interested to participate in IIJS Premiere 2020. The ROI application will also be considered for preference in allotment too. It may be also noted that the exhibitors of IIJS Premiere 2019 (Machinery Section Only) also need to register their space requirement through this survey.
An advance amount of Rs. 5,000 /- per sq. mtr. needs to be paid along with your ROI form, for registration of your interest in participation as per the above information provided.
*Note: The above charges are only an advance token for registration of your interest in participation. The final participation cost will be informed in due course. The above advance will be adjusted against the total participation cost, if allotted. If GJEPC is unable to provide the booth, GJEPC will refund the advance amount (without any interest) made through this application.
All applicants will have an opportunity to reconsider their ROI before the said date of space application after which cancellation clause will be applicable. Once the notice for space application will be sent out (tentatively by 15th April 2020), the rules of cancellation will be enforced to all applicants of this ROI, as GJEPC will make the floor plan based on your above received requirements. Please note that the additional area is available for IIJS Premiere 2020 only.
We request you to kindly go through the application Form and carefully read the Rules & Regulations thereof before applying for the same. Please register yourself at any of GJEPC offices as per your convenience and the last date of submission of the forms is 25th March 2020.
For any further information regarding the fair, a call center facility has been introduced by Council for providing better services to its members wherein all your queries will be resolved through ticketing system. You are requested to call only on 1800-103-4353 for any further details pertaining to IIJS Signature. You may alternatively raise your queries on www.gjepc.org/helpdesk No direct communication with council staff will be entertained. Members may also raise a ticket for meeting with the GJEPC secretariat www.gjepc.org/helpdesk for meeting them at GJEPC Office to clarify the queries pertaining to IIJS Premiere 2020.
