Greetings and hope you and your family are safe and Healthy!

We express our sincere gratitude for your wholehearted support and cooperation in organising two very successful IIJS Virtual shows in the last few months during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic in India.

GJEPC takes pleasure in announcing the 14th edition of IIJS Signature 2021 from 7th -12th  April 2021(6 days), to be organised at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai. The show is being organised to fulfil the demand from all quarters of the industry. We expect that IIJS Signature 2021 will bring the businesses back to normal and accelerate the recovery of the Indian G & J industry from the recession seen in the last one year.

We are pleased to inform you that we have received an overwhelming response from more than 800 members for participation at IIJS Signature 2021, in the below mentioned product sections:

  • Gold Jewellery
  • Studded Jewellery
  • Signature Club (Couture)
  • Loose Stones (Diamonds & Gemstones)
  • Lab /Allied Section

Salient Features of IIJS Signature 2021

  • 800+ Jewellery Exhibitors
  • Show spread over 3 halls (Hall 1 and new hall 6 and new hall 7)
  • Contactless Online visitor registration via GJEPC Mobile App
  • Introduction of DIGITAL BADGE for visitors through GJEPC Mobile App. (NO Physical badges for visitors)
  • A maximum of ONLY two members per company for two consecutive days as per alphabetical order of company name.
  • Maximum of 10 Badge per company for 25 & above Retail stores
  • NO ONSITE- VISITOR REGISTERATION, ONLY PRE- REGISTERED VISITORS
  • Covid-19 test report mandatory for entry at the show (RT PCR report of not more than 72 hours prior to first entry at the show)

We are also geared up to organise our show as per the safety rules and preventive measures issued by the Govt. of Maharashtra in their SOP for B2B exhibitions in the state to contain spread of Covid-19 vide notification No.: Government Circular No.SOP-2020/C.R.114/Industry-2, date 15/12/2020).

IMPORTANT POINTS:

Visit by Pre-Defined Date:  Please note as per Govt. Maharashtra SOP & Guidelines, Entry at the show will be for restricted number of people both for Visitors & Exhibitors.

Alphabetic Company Days to be visited Maximum 2 person
per company and for 2 consecutive days per company
A - J 07- 08  April 2021 (Day 1 & Day 2)
K - R 09-10   April 2021 (Day 3 & Day 4)
S - Z 11–12  April 2021 (Day 5 & Day 6)

Visitor Registration (for already approved visitors):

  • Visitors who have already paid for multiple shows format like 2,3,4,5,6 shows do not need to pay for IIJs Signature 2021
  • Further above Visitors need to go to IIJS Signature website and need to put their personal pan number to confirm their pre-registration and Digital badge for their entry to the IIJS signature 2021 show, as per the date and Alphabetic pattern mentioned in the above table.

For New Visitors

  • Rs.3000 per visitor for member company
  • Rs.3500 per visitors for non-member company
  • Complimentary entry for International Visitors 

Online Visitor Registration:

  • Visitor registration is now live through our online portal on https://gjepc.org/iijs-signature/  (under Visitor Registration) by using your pan number or username and password.
  • Payment will be accepted in digital format only
  • Visitors who are registering first time need to upload documents and after approval of their documents they can make payment for registration.
  • No Onsite Visitor Registration will be available

Covid-19 Test Mandatory

Every Visitor needs to do Covid-19 test. Compulsory submission/uploading of Covid 19 Clearance Report which should not be earlier than 72 hrs of their first scheduled entry at IIJS Signature 2021.

In our endeavour to provide instant and better facility to visitors we have tied up with SRL Labs for Covid-19 test. Visitors can call 1800 222 000 / 91115 91115 to know of the nearest centre in their vicinity to do the test within 72 hours before they visit to the show. Reports will be directly submitted by Labs to our portal, copy will be sent to visitors.

Digital Badges on GJEPC APP

  • On completion of the Visitor registration, digital badge with QR code will be generated on GJEPC App.
  • Digital badge will have to be downloaded from GJEPC App.
  • Visitors who will upload their Covid-19 Negative report through self-upload or through SRL LAB will get the FINAL DIGITALVISITOR BADGE which will be valid as entry to the exhibition halls

Visitors are requested to carefully read the rules & regulations mentioned on the online portal before registering for the show.
