REGISTRATION OF INTEREST FOR IGJME 2021 SCHEDULED FROM 8TH – 11TH APRIL 2021

We hope you and your family are safe and healthy!
Thank you for your continued patronage and support to GJEPC. The difficult times of the global pandemic has affected us and businesses from our sector very badly. The ongoing vaccination drive for Covid-19 started by Government of India has prompted us to start the process for conducting the much-awaited IIJS physical shows. You may be aware that accordingly on such demand from the industry GJEPC has already announced for IIJS Signature 2021 to be held physically from 7th to 12th of April, 2021. Unfortunately we are not getting all the Halls at NESCO for conducting the same due to vaccination centre as opened by Govt at NESCO.
Now based on such requests received from Machinery & Allied section exhibitors/members, GJEPC is planning to organize its 7th Edition of IGJME 2021 in a suitable Hotel venue from 8th-11th April 2021. We have already pursued with the Govt. of Maharashtra, based on which they have released the SOP for organising B2B fairs at Maharashtra. Such SoP stipulates some stringent conditions to organise a fair to ensure safe and secure environment for the exhibitors, visitors and staff members. Currently the entire exhibition team of the Council is actively working in all fronts to work out the logistics of the show maintaining the same.
To plan the show conforming to all requirements of Govt. and at the same time meet high expectations of the trade, we are hereby calling for “Registration of Interest (ROI)” for participation at IGJME 2021 (Physical show) which is held annually alongwith IIJS Signature Show of the Council.

Important Points to Note
- All the interested exhibitors are required to submit their Registration of interest (ROI) for participation on or before 17th, March. 2021, by filing the ROI form at the link above along with 100% payment
- Participation rates will be Rs.20,000/- sqm + GST
- Members / non members may note that ROI Machinery 2020 participants will be given “First Preference” for allotment of stalls.
- No further request in this regard will be entertained after the deadline date of 17th March. 2021.
- All the stalls at IGJME 2021 will be built-in stalls in Maxima/octonorm system (Prefabricated stalls). No RAW space will be provided for allotment.
- The above planned IGJME 2021 will be organised subject to all the norms as specified in the SOP as issued by the Government of Maharashtra towards organising B2B shows in the state of Maharashtra and other guidelines as issued by Govt of India prevailing at present or changed from time to time as per the prevailing situation on ground.
Please be informed that if we DO NOT receive your online space application form and payment before 17th March 2021, then you will automatically lose your chance for a preferential allotment of space at IGJME 2021, even though you may have exhibited at IGJME 2020. Kindly take note that incase of non-submission or incomplete submission without 100% payment, your application will be automatically rejected without any notice and such members will not be eligible for further consideration in our preferential allotment of space.
The payment towards the participation cost should be paid only through online mode either by NEFT or RTGS in the following Bank account. The below bank account is for Indian Exhibitors only.
