Sub: Circular for Opening of Stall booking at 12th edition of Signature IIJS 2019, 10th to 13th February 2019, Bombay Exhibition Centre

Dear Sir,

After the successful edition of recently concluded IIJS 2018, we are happy to announce the opening of space bookings at the 12th edition of SIGNATURE IIJS 2019. It may be noted that the submission of space application form will be accepted only through our online process on www.iijs-signature.org (under Exhibitor Registration) by using existing username and password (same as being used for membership registration/renewal). Please take note that there will be NO physical space application forms for registering such space requirement, neither depositing of cheque at any Council office.

In our endeavor to provide instant and better facility to members, we are providing applicants with the easy option of making payment through RTGS in online space application system. The payment towards the non-refundable participation cost should mandatorily be payable strictly through online mode either by NEFT or RTGS or through payment gateway in the following Bank account. The below bank account is for Indian Exhibitors only. The details of the payments to be emailed on signature@gjepcindia.com or to officials in the Regional Offices

PLEASE NOTE:

Renting, Subletting & Sharing of booths: Please note, it has been observed that many exhibitors have been sub-letting, sharing & renting their booths, which is a gross violation of the participation rules mentioned in the Application & Contract form. In case, if any exhibitor is found violating this clause, disciplinary action will be taken by the Council against, both, the Exhibitor and the Exhibitor/Applicant who was part in sharing the booth including its representatives. The said disciplinary action will include immediate closer of the booth of the Exhibitor at the show and/or lose the chance to exhibit by the Exhibitor/Applicant at all future events of the Council and/or black listed/debarred from all the activities of Council.

Members are requested to carefully study the floor plan, read the rules & regulations mentioned in the online space application form including important guidelines, the allotment procedure and cancellation policy (relaxations will not be permitted under any circumstances). Please note that members who are unable to renew the current year membership (applicable for Indian applicants) or having any past outstanding payment dues with GJEPC will automatically disqualify in the application process.

The last date for submission of online space application form is Thursday, 15th November 2018. The rules of space allotment & floor plan are enclosed herewith for your ready reference.

All the applicants will be required to submit the RTGS/NEFT acknowledgement receipt. The details of the payment to be emailed to signature@gjepcindia.com or to the officials in the Regional Offices (mentioned below) for the further processing of the application. Council will have the right to reject any application which is not accompanied with payment details.

Gem & Jewellery MyKYC is compulsory for GJEPC Members to apply for space application. Companies that have not obtained MyKYC ID before 15th Sept 2018 will not be able to participate at Signature 2019. Existing exhibitors that have not obtained the MyKYC ID will also lose their right of preference on their participation.

Please be informed that if we DO NOT receive the online space application form and advance payment within the stipulated deadline as mentioned above then, you will automatically lose your chance for a preferential allotment of space at SIGNATURE 2019, even though you may have exhibited at SIGNATURE 2018. Kindly take note that in case of non-submission or incomplete submission, your application will be automatically rejected without any notice and such members will not be eligible for further consideration in our preferential allotment of space (even though you might wish to retain same space as last year). The stall allotment preferences have been pre-defined under the existing rules & regulations and can also be downloaded from www.iijs-signature.org
