Thank you for your continued patronage and support to GJEPC. The difficult times of the global pandemic has affected us and businesses from our sector very badly. The currently improving situation and the ongoing vaccination drive for Covid-19 started by Government of India has prompted us to start the process for conducting the much-awaited IIJS physical shows.

Understanding the popular sentiment of exhibitors and the trade for having IIJS physically, GJEPC has now decided to organize IIJS Signature 2021 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, NESCO, Goregaon, Mumbai, within a couple of months. We have already pursued with the Govt. of Maharashtra, based on which they have released the SOP for organising B2B fairs at Maharashtra. As such SoP mandates certain stringent conditions to organise a fair under safe and secure environments, the entire exhibition team of the Council is actively working in all fronts , based on which we will be able to inform you with the exact dates for the show very soon. However, we will keep in mind the season, demand, convenience and safety of the personnel of all our exhibitors and visitors before fixing up the final date.

To plan the show accurately and meet expectations of the trade, we are hereby calling for “Registration of Interest (ROI)” for participation at IIJS Signature 2021 (Physical show).

Important Points to Note

• All the interested exhibitors are required to submit their Registration of interest (ROI) for participation on or before 29, Jan. 2021, by filling the ROI from the below link.

• Members who wish to apply for ROI will have to make an advance payment of Rs. 50,000/- (for applications lesser than 4 stalls) and Rs 1Lac (for applications of 4 stalls and above), indicating their preference for size of stall.
• Those members who have requested to carry forward their advance amount paid for IIJS will not be required to pay the above advance and are requested to send ONLY the ROI form indicating their preference for size of stall only.
• Members may note that IIJS Signature 2020 participants will be given “First Preference” for allotment of stalls.
• No further request in this regard will be entertained after the deadline date of 29 Jan. 2021.
• All the stalls at IIJS Signature 2021 will be built-in stalls in octonorm system (Prefabricated stalls). No RAW space will be allotted.
• The above planned IIJS Signature 2021 will be organised subject to all the norms as specified in the SOP as issued by the Government of Maharashtra towards organising B2B shows in the state of Maharashtra and other guidelines as issued by Govt of India prevailing at present or to be changed from time to time as per the prevailing situation on ground.
