As you may be aware, the “IIJS Prime” scheme was introduced last year, which received an overwhelming response from participants. Building on that success, we are pleased to announce the “IGJME Prime Assure” Scheme. This exclusive package is for six upcoming IGJME Bharat shows — IGJME Bharat - Premiere 2026-27, IGJME Bharat - Signature 2027-28, and IGJME Bharat - Tritiya 2027-28 — and offers a host of benefits to support and enhance your participation. Please note that Hall 1 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), Goregaon is currently undergoing renovation and will therefore not be available for use during the year financial year 2026-27.

Due to renovation any changes in booth/ floor plan etc., of participants will be temporary in nature and may change for future shows as per the progress of renovation at NESCO.

If any exhibitor cancels participation in any show/or is not allotted space under the IGJME Prime Assure Scheme, they will not be considered as a Prime Assure Exhibitor for the remaining shows and will not be eligible to avail any Prime Assure benefits.

We request you to fill out your space application form on or before 5th May 2026 to avail the exclusive Discount Benefit Offer of IGJME Prime Assure and continue with the preference status offered to different categories. Kindly log in at https://registration.gjepc.org/login.phpusing your existing username and password. New members are requested to register on the same.

The space application for all 6 IGJME Bharat shows for the year 2026–28 is now live.
We request you to fill out your space application form on or before

Please be informed that if we do not receive your online space application form and advance payment on or before 5th May 2026, then you will automatically lose your preference if any, for allotment of space at IGJME Bharat - Premiere 2026 & 2027, IGJME Bharat - Signature 2027 & 2028 and IGJME Bharat - Tritiya 2027 & 2028. Kindly take note that in case of non-submission or incomplete submission, your application will be automatically rejected without any notice, and such members will not be eligible for further consideration in our scheme of preferential allotment of space for participation at IGJME Bharat shows.

Attention Applicants:
|
|
“No counter sale will be permitted during the Exhibition. As per the existing rules, if any Exhibitor is found selling any goods, the Council shall take such action as it deems fit, including debarring the said Exhibitor from participating in the Exhibition and any future exhibitions organized by the Council.”
|
|
Submission of application for Prime Assure does not guarantee stall allotment. Allotment is subject to availability of space.
|
|
An exhibitor is free to cancel participation at any time during the Prime assure period of 2026-28 or is not allotted space under the IGJME Prime Assure Scheme, they will not be considered as a Prime Assure Exhibitor for the remaining shows and will not be eligible to avail any Prime Assure benefits. The cancellations rules as printed in the application form applies for such cancellation.
