SUBJECT:Extension of deadline for Registration of Interest (ROI) in Machinery Section to participate at IIJS PREMIERE 2020 from 6th – 10th August 2020, BEC, Mumbai INDIA

In continuation to ROI circular sent for Machinery Section towards applications to participate in IIJS Premiere 2020 Mumbai, Please find below updates.

Understanding the current situation of the COVID -19 outbreak and request received, we are extending the deadline for submission of ROI till 15th April 2020.
The Location of the machinery section will be at the NESCO along with other halls, however the machinery section hall will not be interconnected with the other Jewellery halls.
Considering the overall logistics for IIJS Premier 2020, Please find below stall charges at IIJS Premiere 2020 for Machinery Section.

Note: The above rates for machinery section are same as applicable for all the allied, laboratories and Jewellery sections participants at IIJS Premiere 2020.
Stall allotment for Machinery Section at IIJS Premiere 2020 will be done as per below:

Please note that Exhibitors/Applicants having any past outstanding payment dues with GJEPC will automatically be disqualified in the application & allotment process.
Kindly go through the Application Form and carefully read the Rules & Regulations thereof before applying for the same. Please submit your ROI application before 15th April 2020. Kindly ignore if you have already submitted your ROI application.
For any further information regarding Fair, A call centre facility has been introduced by Council for providing better services to its members wherein all your queries will be resolved through ticketing system. You are requested to call only on 1800-103-4353 for any further details pertaining to IIJS Signature. You may alternatively raise your queries on www.gjepc.org/helpdesk No direct communication with council staff will be entertained. Members may also raise a ticket for meeting with the GJEPC secretariat www.gjepc.org/helpdesk for meeting them at GJEPC Office to clarify the queries pertaining to IIJS Premiere 2020.
