We take this opportunity to thank all our members & participants of IIJS Premiere 2019 for their tremendous support by confirming participation at the 37th edition of IIJS Premiere 2020 scheduled from 6th – 10th Aug 2020, Mumbai.

GJEPC had offered discount scheme wherein existing exhibitors were given the opportunity to avail discount benefits based on their membership category. We are glad & proud to inform that 80% plus IIJS Premiere 2019 exhibitors have availed this benefit.

Highlights

• 1100+ Applications received till 20th Nov 2019

• 90% companies & 100% stalls over last year, applied under discount offer

• 150+ New companies successfully applied for IIJS Premiere 2020

Based on the applications received, the Committee has decided to open the FINAL application opportunity for participation to last year’s participants at IIJS Premiere 2020. Also the application will be open to all members of GJEPC who have yet not applied.

Important points to be noted while application:

• This is the final opportunity to apply for participation at IIJS Premiere 2020 and there will be no further opportunity to retain the stall space by last year’s exhibitors or be considered in the waiting list for participation at IIJS Premiere 2020

• However, for this round NO discount will be offered to the members/existing exhibitors applying for participation

• Booth allotment of all such applicants will be done at IIJS Signature 2020: 14th – 16th February 2020 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai during IIJS Signature 2020.

• The exact allotment schedule with date & time will be shared in due course

PAYMENT Terms for all such applicants who will be applying now without any discount scheme:

1. All such applicants are required to make payment of 25% of the participation cost along with their application. The schedule for the balance payment is as under:

All such applicants who have already applied before 20th November, 2019 under discount scheme are required to make payment of 15% of the participation cost along with their application. The schedule for the balance payment is as under:

Important Date for FINAL STALL application of IIJS Premiere 2020

1. Opening of online form: 31st Dec. 2019

2. Closing of online form: 25th Jan. 2020

Both group of members applying for stalls may note that the clause for cancellation as mentioned in the application form will be applicable with the charges for cancellation as under:

Members/Applicants are requested to logon to www.iijs.org to apply within the deadline along with requisite payments. No application will be considered valid without advance payment.

The last date for submission of online space application form is Saturday,25th January 2020.

You may alternatively raise your queries on www.gjepc.org/helpdesk No direct communication with Council staff will be entertained. Members may also raise a ticket for meeting with the GJEPC secretariat www.gjepc.org/helpdesk for meeting them at GJEPC Office to clarify the queries pertaining to IIJS Premiere 2020.
