“Registration of Interest (ROI)” towards participation at IIJS Premiere 2021 (Physical show) for show venue outside Mumbai in mid-September 2021

Dear Industry Colleagues and Members,

Greetings from GJEPC!!!

We hope you and your family are safe and healthy!

Thank you for your continued patronage and support to GJEPC. The difficult times of the global pandemic have affected us and businesses from our sector very badly. The current declining covid cases in India and the ongoing vaccination drive for Covid-19 started by Government of India has prompted us to start the process for conducting the much-awaited IIJS physical show. As per the MOHFW (Ministry of Health & Family Welfare) 25,90,44,072 no of people have been vaccinated in India as on 15th June 2021.

As you are aware IIJS Premiere which has been taking place at NESCO (Bombay Exhibition Centre) was converted to Covid facility centre last year and is still being utilized to treat covid/post covid patients along with the massive vaccination drive led by the Maharashtra Government. Further, other large size venues available in Mumbai such as MMRDA ground in BKC Bandra, NSCI Dome (Worli) and CIDCO Exhibition & Convention Centre (Vashi) are also being converted to Covid facility centre. Hence unfortunately, venues in Mumbai will not be available this year too for physical shows.

As markets are opening slowly and people are resuming back in business and understanding the popular sentiment of exhibitors and the trade for conducting IIJS physically, GJEPC is now considering moving IIJS Premiere 2021 in another city. The Proposed cities which are being explored for organising the show are Bengaluru - Karnataka, Gandhinagar - Gujarat, Jaipur – Rajasthan, Noida – Uttar Pradesh. The final venue will be intimated to you very soon.

As an important stake holder of GJEPC, we would request your opinion in the form of “Registration of Interest (ROI)”, as done in the past towards any changes in the IIJS show format. This helps us to plan the show accurately and meet expectations of the trade.

Important Points to Note"

• All the stalls at IIJS Premiere 2021 will be built-in stalls in octonorm/maxima system (Prefabricated stalls) like IIJS Signature.
• No RAW space & Duplex stalls will be allotted
• Members can apply for Maximum of 12 stalls
• Members who wish to apply for ROI will have to make an advance payment of Rs. 50,000/- (for applications of 1 and 2 stalls) and Rs 1,00,000/- (for applications of 3 stalls and above), indicating their preference for size of stall
• Those members who have requested to carry forward their advance amount paid for IIJS Premiere & advance paid for IIJS Signature will not be required to pay the above advance and are requested to send ONLY the ROI form indicating their preference for size of stall only
• The deadline to submit ROI form is date of Friday, 25th June 2021 . No request will be entertained after the deadline
• The above planned IIJS Premiere 2021 will be organised subject to all the norms as specified in the SOP as issued by the respective state government
• Only vaccinated people will be allowed at the show.

It may be noted that ONLY GJEPC members who are currently registered as members will be able to participate at IIJS Premiere 2021. Applicants are requested to submit this ROI along with advance payment mentioned above to the bank account as per the details given below. All applicants are requested to email UTR details on iijs@gjepcindia.com.
