Moderated by Ashok Gajera, Western Regional Chairman, GJEPC, the session was aimed at sensitising Council members about the urgent need of IEC updation and consequences of non-compliance with the government norms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The invited guest speakers were Pranav Pagaria, Associate Partner, ELP and Sachin Jain, Principal Associate &#8211; Tax, ELP<em>.<\/em> The webinar was attended by around 100 participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The speakers provided brief analysis of the Trade Notice No.&nbsp;18\/2021-2022 dated 20.09.2021, Notice No. 76\/2021-Customs (N.T.) dated 23.09.2021, and IEC Trade Notice No. 18\/2021-22 Dated 20.09.2021. The attendees were also briefed about the background and step by step procedure for filing of IEC, Modifications in IECs \/ e-IECs which can be done online only.
