Rio Tinto\u2019s H1 2022 diamond output increased 15% to 2.14 million carats compared with 1.85 million carats in H1 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The maintenance deficit build-up and first quarter impacts of Covid-19 has impacted performance in the half and diamonds guidance for the full year 2022 is now expected to be 4.5 to 5.0 million carats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
