Tiffany & Co. acquired a final bespoke curation of rare pink diamonds from the now-closed Argyle diamond mine in Australia, which was virtually the only source for pink diamonds in the world. In early 2022, Argyle approached Tiffany & Co. offering this unique collection of diamonds. This is the first time that Argyle has curated a bespoke collection named in honour of a jeweller.<\/p>\n
Victoria Reynolds, Chief Gemologist, Tiffany & Co., said, \u201cThis extraordinary collection of 35 Argyle Pink\u2122 Diamonds showcases the range of colours that Argyle diamonds are famous for, including Fancy Intense Pink, Fancy Intense Purplish Pink, Fancy Vivid Pink, Fancy Vivid Purplish Pink, Deep Pink and the rarest of all\u2014a Fancy Red diamond.<\/p>\n
\u201cNot only are they incredibly rare, but these diamonds also align perfectly with our Diamond Craft Journey initiative, whereby we provide our clients information on the provenance\u2014or the region or countries of origin\u2014for every newly sourced, individually registered diamond that we set in jewellery.\u201d<\/p>\n
Tiffany will present the pink diamonds to select clients for a limited time starting in early spring 2023 at global Tiffany High Jewellery events. They will also appear in capsule collections and future Blue Book creations.<\/p>\n
