Joining her on the occasion were Mr. Prasanna H, IAS, Chief Executive Officer of Udupi Zilla Panchayat and Ms. Anita, Deputy Director of the Social Welfare Department. Mr. Nagaraj Acharya and Mr. Ravichandra Marali of the Implementation Committee were also in attendance.
