Tanishq, India’s leading jewellery retailer, has opened two new stores in Texas, one in Houston and one in Frisco, as part of its expansion into the U.S. market. The brand, which is a subsidiary of Tata Group, entered the U.S. with its flagship store in Iselin, New Jersey, in January this year.<\/p>\n
The new stores are located in areas with a high concentration of Indian Americans, who make up the second largest ethnic group in Texas. According to the 2020 census, there are over 450,000 Indian Americans living in Texas, mostly in the major cities of Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth. Tanishq aims to serve this community with its fine jewellery products, which include 18k and 22k gold and diamond jewellery, solitaires, and coloured stones. The brand also offers exclusive collections, such as Dharohar, which showcases the heritage and craftsmanship of India, and Tales of Mystique, which features rare and exotic gemstones.<\/p>\n

The Houston store covers an area of 3,800 square feet and has more than 2,000 unique designs on display. The Frisco store spans over 5,000 square feet and has a similar range of products.
