In a significant development for the gem and jewellery industry, Surat Special Economic Zone (SEZ) has officially announced the allowance of movement of goods to the Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) for job work purposes.<\/p>\n

The decision was made following a compelling appeal presented to the Development Commissioner of Surat SEZ, Shri Abhimaniu Sharma, by Shri Vijay Mangukiya, Gujarat Regional Chairman, on behalf of the GJEPC.
