I grew up in a family deeply rooted in the diamond industry, and saw the brilliance and allure of diamonds firsthand. My grandfather, Mathurbhai Sojitra, established this legacy with dedication, which my father and uncles continued, embracing principles of accountability, confidence, and integrity. These values guide us in maintaining transparent business practices, fostering creativity, and always putting our customers first, which has helped us build trust and confidence over the years.<\/p>\n

My personal experience, including a transformative 45-day journey in Visakhapatnam, has taught me resilience and adaptability. I apply these lessons by staying open to new ideas and integrating innovative practices while maintaining the core values that have been the cornerstone of our success.<\/p>\n

How do you embrace modern technologies while maintaining the integrity of traditional craftsmanship in your operations?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Engaging with the next generation involves leveraging digital platforms and social media to connect with younger customers.<\/p>\n

For employees, we emphasise career development and hands-on learning, inspired by my own experiences starting from a young age.<\/p>\n
