The meeting is being held in a hybrid format, allowing for both physical attendance and participation via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The AGM is taking place at the Convention Hall, Bharat Diamond Bourse, Mumbai.<\/p>\n<p>During the designated e-voting period, members could cast their votes electronically on the resolutions. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) guidelines are being followed for the electronic delivery of the Annual Report.
