GJEPC hosted Shri Ajay Bhadoo, Additional Secretary, from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoC&I) and Shri Gaurav Pundir, Director, Dept. of Commerce, at the Council\u2019s India Jewellery Exposition Centre (IJEX) in Dubai on 10th<\/sup> October.<\/p>\n

Shri Bhadoo was impressed with the initiative’s unique set-up and business model. He engaged with exhibitors and commended the exceptional craftsmanship showcased by exporters. He emphasised IJEX’s pivotal role in supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and acknowledged the GJEPC\u2019s commendable efforts in establishing the platform.<\/p>\n

The government official underscored the importance of the gems and jewellery sector and encouraged the GJEPC to explore expansion opportunities to further enhance the impact of IJEX.
