The discussions centred on the long-standing challenges related to the detention of hand-carried shipments at the Celebi Cargo Shed, Delhi, particularly the cumbersome issuance of Detention Receipts (DRs) after appraisement. Mr. Sawhney reiterated the concerns previously raised during the 15th April 2025 meeting with senior Customs officials at the New Customs Office.<\/p>\n
