Ventura brings over three decades of international experience to the role, having previously held senior positions at De Beers and Anglo American. At De Beers, he led initiatives including the De Beers Auction Sales platform, Tracr blockchain technology, Lightbox lab-grown diamonds, and the social impact project GemFair.<\/p>\n
At DMCC, Ventura will advise on strategic initiatives across the Precious Stones Ecosystem, anchored by the Dubai Diamond Exchange (DDE. His mandate includes advancing DMCC\u2019s market development efforts, providing expertise on natural and lab-grown diamonds, compliance, ethical sourcing, and driving global visibility to attract new industry players.<\/p>\n
