GJEPC\u2019s Surat office along with Bharat Ratnam Mega CFC and the Surat Jewellery Manufacturers Association (SJMA) successfully conducted an Advanced Diamond Setting Training Workshop at the Indian Diamond Institute (IDI), Surat on 20 June.<\/p>\n
The session was led by Mr. Bishwajeet Parui, a GRS USA-trained expert, who provided practical, in-depth training on advanced diamond setting techniques. More than 90 participants, including Parichay Card-holding artisans and students from IDI and SJMA, took part in the workshop.<\/p>\n
Mr. Jayantibhai Savaliya, Regional Chairman \u2013 Gujarat, GJEPC, stressed the importance of such hands-on training sessions in enhancing work efficiency. He also underscored Mega CFC\u2019s vital role in driving skill development across the sector.<\/p>\n
IDI Chairman Mr. Dinesh Navadiya spoke about the institute\u2019s training programmes and highlighted the value of this workshop in upskilling both students and artisans.<\/p>\n
