Titan Company Limited has announced two major senior leadership transitions as part of its succession planning, effective August 2025 and January 2026. Following earlier disclosures, Ajoy Chawla, CEO of the Jewellery Division, is set to take over as Managing Director of Titan from 1st January 2026. In line with this, Arun Narayan, who currently heads Tanishq India\u2019s Retail, Marketing and Merchandising, will be elevated to CEO of the Jewellery Division from the same date.<\/p>\n
Separately, Kuruvilla Markose, currently CEO of Titan\u2019s International Business Division, will succeed Suparna Mitra as CEO of the Watches Division, effective 13th August 2025. Mitra had earlier announced her resignation.<\/p>\n
Narayan is an IIM Calcutta alumnus and Tata Administrative Services (TAS) officer with nearly 30 years of experience across various leadership roles in the Tata Group and Titan, including Retail and Sales leadership for Titan Watches and Helios.<\/p>\n
Markose, also from the TAS cadre, holds degrees in Agriculture and an MBA from IIFT. He has led Titan\u2019s digital and international business initiatives since 2015, drawing on over three decades of cross-sectoral experience.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
