Drawing from his extensive leadership background as CEO, COO, and Director, Mr. Pandey shared his expertise in driving Return on Experience (ROE), strategic growth, and brand excellence. He discussed evolving industry trends, product management, and the journey of building jewellery brands from concept to retail, followed by an engaging one-on-one Q&amp;A with participants.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Delegates also toured<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Ithra Hind Plaza<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, where they explored the vast business potential and emerging opportunities within the jewellery sector.
