Tiffany & Co. recently unveiled its Blue Book 2025: Sea of Wonder high jewellery collection, designed by Nathalie Verdeille, Chief Artistic Officer of Jewellery and High Jewellery. Drawing inspiration from the infinite mysteries of the ocean, she created 40 never-before-seen designs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The fall chapters\u2014Anchor, Anemone, Ocean Flora, Shell, Urchin and Mermaid\u2014complete the collection\u2019s awe-inspiring narrative, weaving together exquisite craft, rare gemstones and poetic storytelling.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe continue our exploration of this dreamlike underwater world with the fall expression of Blue Book 2025: Sea of Wonder,\u201d said Nathalie. Each chapter<\/span> offers its own moment of discovery, reinterpreting Jean Schlumberger\u2019s marine inspirations with new visions of his aesthetic. It is a poetic expression of transformation, where the sea\u2019s beauty is beautifully reimagined in modern masterpieces.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The Anchor chapter reimagines Jean Schlumberger\u2019s <\/span>1939<\/span> ruby, amethyst and pink sapphire<\/span> brooch, a symbol of strength and symmetry. The new pendant, <\/span>ring<\/span> and<\/span> bracelet<\/span>, <\/span>each <\/span>centred<\/span> around cushion-cut diamonds<\/span>, <\/span>define the collection with their<\/span> timeless geometry. The Anchor pendant in platinum and 18<\/span>-karat<\/span> gold features a diamond of<\/span> over 2 carats; the ring<\/span> is set with a<\/span> diamond of over 5 carats and the bracelet, a 1-carat diamond<\/span>, <\/span>all<\/span> set <\/span>with diamond accents that bring a luminous quality to each piece.<\/span><\/p>\n

Drawing inspiration from Jean Schlumberger\u2019s whimsical sea anemone brooches, the Anemone chapter abounds in movement and imagination. The centrepiece is a striking necklace, animated with sculptural gold accents and diamonds, and set with three unenhanced rubies totalling nearly 5 carats sourced from the renowned mines of Mozambique, Africa. Prized for their remarkable colour and quality, the rubies appear to dance within the design.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A celebration of form and texture, the Shell chapter explores the natural architecture of the sea. With undulating curves of platinum and gold and crests set with white and yellow diamonds, these creations invite a tactile experience. A remarkable Shell brooch features an 8.62-carat green tourmaline that captures the bold asymmetry of a conch shell.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fusing the natural and the surreal, the Urchin chapter transforms the sea urchin\u2019s radial<\/span> symmetry into bold, ethereal compositions. The designs incorporate <\/span>paillonn\u00e9<\/span> enamel<\/span>, <\/span>crafted using a <\/span>labour-intensive<\/span> technique from the 19th century<\/span>, <\/span>to evoke the<\/span> urchin\u2019s iridescent textures. The result is a luminous, layered surface that recalls the<\/span> brilliance of ocean light<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Enchanted by the mythical figure of the mermaid, this chapter explores her allure through<\/span> Nathalie<\/span>\u2019s <\/span>imaginative lens. A brooch in platinum, rose gold and diamonds <\/span>depicts<\/span> a mermaid in motion, accented by a black opal of over 10 carats at her fin. The motif<\/span> continues in an expressive ring, earrings and necklace, each piece a tribute to an<\/span> underwater fantasy.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
