The delegation was welcomed by Jayanti Savaliya, Regional Chairman &#8211; Gujarat, following which deliberations focused on strengthening direct access to rough diamonds from Botswana for Indian MSMEs, particularly through SNZ\u2013SIDC, Surat.<\/p>\n<p>Hitesh Shah, Director \u2013 SNZ, SIDC, explained the role of Special Notified Zones and shared insights from over 25 successful rough viewing events held in Surat.<\/p>\n<p>Rajat Wani, Regional Director &#8211; Gujarat, GJEPC, made a detailed presentation on the Council\u2019s initiatives and Surat\u2019s diamond ecosystem.
