The visit features targeted meetings with Antwerp traders, cutters, tender companies and luxury jewellery brands to expand the flow of Angolan rough diamonds through Antwerp.<\/p>\n<p>Angola produced over US$1.4 billion in rough diamonds in 2024, ranking second globally by value, with 21% of its production exported to Antwerp. Both sides see the engagement as mutually beneficial, linking Angolan supply with Antwerp\u2019s established trading, compliance and access to global jewellery houses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis visit is much more than a diplomatic moment.
