GJEPC met representatives from Brazil\u2019s jewellery industry in Delhi on 19 February to explore collaboration across the gem and jewellery value chain. The delegation was led by Carla Christina Fernandes Pinheiro, President of AJORIO and Vice President of IBGM.<\/p>\n

The meeting was attended by K.K. Duggal, Director \u2013 Policy, GJEPC; Sridhar Iyengar, Director \u2013 International Events, GJEPC; and Ajay Purohit, Assistant Director \u2013 Jaipur, GJEPC.<\/p>\n

During the discussions, the Brazilian side shared plans to open its first liaison office in Delhi as part of the ongoing Presidential visit, with the gem and jewellery sector identified as a priority area to improve trade facilitation and market access between the two countries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
