Located in Shanghai\u2019s Xintiandi district, the boutique is housed in a restored shikumen townhouse and reflects a dialogue between French heritage and Chinese culture. The space integrates architectural elements inspired by traditional Chinese residences with Boucheron\u2019s signature Parisian design codes.<\/p>\n
The flagship follows the maison\u2019s established concept seen in its Place Vend\u00f4me and Ginza locations, while adapting it to the local context. The interiors draw on natural materials and motifs, with references to gardens and landscapes forming a central theme. This includes a reinterpretation of Boucheron\u2019s \u201cJardin d\u2019hiver,\u201d alongside design elements inspired by Chinese gardens.<\/p>\n
The boutique features distinct salons, including VIP areas that preserve the historical character of the building while offering a refined client experience. The design approach emphasises craftsmanship, cultural continuity, and a sense of place.<\/p>\n
