It will also revisit enduring questions surrounding famous stones such as the Orlov Diamond and the significance of the Golconda name.<\/p>\n<p>The World Diamond Congress, organised by the World Federation of Diamond Bourses (WFDB) and the International Diamond Manufacturers Association (IDMA), will be held from 12-15 July at the Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay alongside the Singapore International Jewelry Expo.
