The International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA) has appointed Brandee Dallow as its Chief Executive Officer, effective 6 July 2026.<\/p>\n
Dallow will work with the ICA Board of Directors and members to strengthen engagement, expand global collaboration and advance the association\u2019s role as the leading international organisation representing the coloured gemstone industry.<\/p>\n
Founded in 1984, ICA represents nearly 700 professionals across 47 countries, spanning the entire coloured gemstone supply chain from mining to retail. The association promotes trade, education, ethical business practices and consumer confidence through international congresses, educational programmes and industry advocacy.<\/p>\n
Dallow brings experience across mining, manufacturing, certification, responsible sourcing, retail, communications and association management. Most recently, she served as Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer at Grandview Klein Diamonds. Her previous leadership roles include positions with De Beers (J. Walter Thompson), Rio Tinto Diamonds and the Responsible Jewellery Council.<\/p>\n
She has also held several industry leadership positions, including serving as Past International President of the Women\u2019s Jewelry Association and the Women\u2019s Jewelry Association Foundation, and currently serves as President of Community for Ethical Jewelry.<\/p>\n
Announcing the appointment, ICA President Damien Cody said Dallow\u2019s collaborative leadership style and broad industry experience would help the association continue evolving to meet the needs of the global coloured gemstone sector.<\/p>\n
