{"id":37909,"date":"2026-08-24T15:55:15","date_gmt":"2026-08-24T10:25:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gjepc.org\/solitaire\/?p=37909"},"modified":"2026-08-24T15:55:15","modified_gmt":"2026-08-24T10:25:15","slug":"gjepc-ai-seminar-in-rajkot-draws-230-industry-members","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gjepc.org\/solitaire\/gjepc-ai-seminar-in-rajkot-draws-230-industry-members\/","title":{"rendered":"GJEPC AI Seminar in Rajkot Draws 230+ Industry Members"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>GJEPC conducted an Artificial Intelligence (AI) seminar for the gems and jewellery industry in Rajkot on 23 August 2026, drawing more than 230 members of the regional jewellery community.<\/p>\n<p>Jayanti Savaliya, Regional Chairman &#8211; Gujarat, GJEPC, outlined the potential of AI as a business tool for the industry, covering applications across design, manufacturing, marketing, customer understanding, productivity and business growth.<\/p>\n<p>Savaliya also highlighted GJEPC\u2019s initiatives to create export opportunities, connect Indian businesses with global markets and strengthen Rajkot\u2019s position in the international jewellery sector. Referring to the positive response to the earlier International Buyer-Seller Meet in Rajkot, he encouraged industry members to work collectively, make greater use of the Common Facility Centre (CFC) and strengthen the global identity of \u201cMade in Rajkot\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Vineet Vasa, Member &#8211; Gold Jewellery Panel, GJEPC, provided an overview of the Council, its role, key initiatives and opportunities available to the industry.<\/p>\n<p>AI expert Sunny Godhani led the seminar\u2019s main technical session, offering practical insights into how businesses can use AI and engaging participants in an interactive question-and-answer session.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar highlighted the growing relevance of technology adoption for the gems and jewellery industry, while reinforcing the importance of collaboration and new market opportunities for Rajkot\u2019s jewellery sector.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GJEPC conducted an Artificial Intelligence (AI) seminar for the gems and jewellery industry in Rajkot on 23 August 2026, drawing more than 230 members of the regional jewellery community.
