Dr. Swapan Dasgupta, Finance Minister, Government of West Bengal, was among the key speakers.<\/p>\n<p>Representing GJEPC, Executive Director Sabyasachi Ray highlighted the contribution of gems and jewellery MSMEs to employment, manufacturing and exports.
