{"id":5437,"date":"2020-09-16T14:06:47","date_gmt":"2020-09-16T08:36:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gjepc.org\/solitaire\/?p=5437"},"modified":"2021-03-21T14:07:43","modified_gmt":"2021-03-21T08:37:43","slug":"chinas-ngtc-and-sarine-launch-co-branded-light-performance-grading-report-for-ym-jewelry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gjepc.org\/solitaire\/chinas-ngtc-and-sarine-launch-co-branded-light-performance-grading-report-for-ym-jewelry\/","title":{"rendered":"China\u2019s NGTC and Sarine Launch Co-Branded Light Performance Grading Report For Y&#038;M Jewelry"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Israel-headquartered Sarine Technologies Ltd. launched a co-branded light performance report with the National Gemstone Testing Center (NGTC) of China for Yuanyumei (Y&amp;M) Jewelry, a Chinese jewellery designer, manufacturer and wholesaler, for its Rose D&#8217;Amour brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In September 2019 Sarine had entered into a strategic agreement with NGTC for cooperation on diamond grading standards, by utilising NGTC\u2019s extensive gemmological research and diamond testing expertise and Sarine&#8217;s developments in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI) for the grading of 4Cs and light performance. The two organisations also initiated a joint effort to advance diamond traceability and fingerprinting as well as other digital solutions suitable for the retail diamond trade in China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The launch ceremony held at the Shenzhen IBC Mall on 9th September, 2020, was attended by several dignitaries, including former Deputy Minister of Geology and Mineral Resources and Chairman of the Gems &amp; Jewelry Trade Association of China (GAC) Zhouqi Chen, President of NGTC Zhibin Ye, President of Shenzhen Gold &amp; Jewelry Association (SZGJA) Zhiyong Huang, Chairman of Y&amp;M Tianwei Lin, and others, including Sarine&#8217;s local representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>David Block, Sarine Group CEO, remarked, \u201cThe introduction of this new technology-based grading standard is part of Sarine\u2019s and NGTC\u2019s commitment to bring innovation and a new level of confidence and transparency to consumers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caption: Dignitaries at the launch ceremony of the Sarine-NGTC co-branded light performance grading report.
