Gemological Science International (GSI) launched the industry\u2019s first-ever educational course dedicated to laboratory-grown diamonds. In the last couple of years, the diamond industry has witnessed rapid growth and increasing demand of laboratory-grown diamonds, which is borne out by the fact that GSI has received hundreds of thousands of laboratory-grown diamonds for grading and identification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“It is imperative that the jewellery industry has the ability to communicate about laboratory-grown diamonds confidently and with transparency. GSI [is excited to offer] an online resource that any member of the industry will find value in referencing.” said Alethea Inns, GSI\u2019s Chief Learning Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
