Diamonds Do Good\u00ae has partnered with the Young Diamantaire group to convene next generation jewellers from around the world for the second in their series of Global Gatherings in support of the natural diamond industry on 29th October from 11am – 12pm EDT (8.30pm – 9.30pm IST).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThis unprecedented period has led to an unprecedented opportunity for natural diamonds,\u201d says Diamonds Do Good\u2019s president Anna Martin, \u201ctoday\u2019s consumers are looking for meaningful gifts to express their emotions and need to be educated on the positive impact made throughout the natural diamond pipeline\u2019. Adds Diamonds Do Good\u2019s president-elect Rebecca Foerster, who is also president of Alrosa, USA, \u201cThe younger generation making their mark in the industry understand the importance of telling these positive stories to educate today\u2019s consumers. Moderator Mike Assher, a member of the Young Diamantaire group and co-president of the Royal Asscher Diamond Company, will kick off the event with an exclusive interview with Pomellato President & CEO Americas, Nathalie Diamantis. Following will be an engaging conversation on shared experiences between Lisa Bridge, President and CEO Ben Bridge Jeweler, Christina Gandia Gambino, CEO Greenwich St. Jewelers, Fanya Hull, CFO\/Co-Owner Vardy\u2019s Jewelers, Tonia Leitzel Ulsh, President\/COO of Mountz Jewelers and Ursula & Kealeboga Pule, Creative Director & Founder Nungu Diamonds in South Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event is free, although donations to support the Young Diamantaire\u2019s \u2018Diamonds Do Good\u2019 project at the Renaissance School in the diamond mining town of Messina, South Africa, are welcome. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
