The new remuneration system is aimed at motivating the Board members to focus on long-term strategic objectives and sustainable development goals, the company said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the amendments, the decision on the amount of remuneration and its payment shall be a subject of approval by the general shareholders\u2019 meeting based on the Supervisory Board\u2019s recommendations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
