Subject: Booth Allotment Schedule & floorplan for the 9th edition of IGJME 2023, concurrent with IIJS Signature 2023, 5th – 9th January 2023, Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai

Dear Applicants,

Greetings from GJEPC!

Further to our circular for participation at IGJME 2023, from 5th to 9th January 2023 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, in concurrence with IIJS Signature 2023, we are glad to inform you that the booth allotment is scheduled on 5th November 2022 at GJEPC - Head office Mumbai.

Applicants having any past payment outstanding / dues with GJEPC on the date of allotment will automatically be disqualified from the allotment process without any further notice.

Order of Preference to all Applicants:

The order of preference for booth allotment will be in serialized order of preference from higher to lower area/space as per below, through lottery basis:

• Existing Exhibitor (IGJME 2022):

  For exhibitors that had participated at IGJME 2022, the order of preference will be as under:

  • First Preference to GJEPC Members
  • Second Preference to Non-members of GJEPC

• New Applicants :

  New Applicants will be allotted booth based on availability after the allotment of IGJME 2022 exhibitors . The order of preference will be as under:

  • First Preference to GJEPC Members
  • Second Preference to Non-members of GJEPC

• Applications received after deadline :

  Applications received after deadline will be allotted booth based on availability after the allotment of companies applied before deadline. The order of preference will be as under:

  • First Preference to GJEPC Members
  • Second Preference to Non-members of GJEPC

• International Exhibitors :All International applicants that had participated at IGJME 2022, the allotment of booths will be done through lottery system. Any International exhibitor having their distributors / partners / dealers / representative in India may attend the allotment & can choose the booths on their behalf.

• Sister Concern / Group Companies:Group or sister concern companies will be allotted booth together. However, the applicants are suggested to send a request mail on iijs@gjepcindia.com informing us about the group company names.

The entry inside Bharat Diamond Bourse (BDB) is from Gate No 11. All exhibitors are requested to carry a copy of booth allotment schedule to be displayed at the security for the entry inside BDB.

To avoid delay in the allotment of booths as was also raised by few exhibitors during recent allotment, Council requests you on the following to help keep the set timelines.

• Only the decision maker, who can select the booth will be permitted for allotment.
• Internal discussions and Calls during selection & finalize of booth should be restricted by exhibitors.
• We will be providing only 2 mins for booth selection. In case, the booth is not selected within the stipulated time, the booth will be auto allotted by the GJEPC Secretariat
• All exhibitors are requested to follow the mentioned time

Please note that in case applicant's company name is not mentioned in allotment schedule even after submission of Online Space application form, then they are requested to contact the GJEPC Office as per details below before the allotment. In case the applicants fail to bring to the notice of the Council, no further requests/queries will be entertained in this regard. Also, note that the break-up or merging of stalls will be at the sole discretion of Council. Applications received without 50% participation cost as pe the circular will not be considered in the allotment list.

In case of absenteeism or the participant arrives late as per the allotment time and in case his company name is drawn during the lottery then the participant's booth will be randomly allotted directly by GJEPC without any preference. No change or further request in this regard will be entertained.
