SUBJECT: MANDATORY Modification of your application for IIJS PRIME ASSURE Applicants

We appreciate your participation under the IIJS Prime Assure Package for the financial year 2024–2026.
|
|
With reference to our circular dated 26th April 2024 regarding Space Application of IIJS Shows for Financial Year 24-26, we would like to bring to your kind attention certain important guidelines applicable to members who had applied under the IIJS Prime Assure (6 Shows) option.
|
|
All participants are required to COMPULSORILY MODIFY their applications, as applicable, in accordance with the criteria mentioned below:
|
- Applied for “Same Stall Position (Retained)”:
If you wish to submit your application for the same stall position, please update your application to:
“Same stall position as allocated at IIJS Bharat Tritiya 2025.”
- Applied for “Same Area, Different Location”
If you have submitted your application for “same area different location”, please update your application to:
“Same area but different location as allocated at IIJS Bharat Tritiya 2025.”
- Applied for “More Area”:
If you have submitted your application for “more area”, please update your application to:
" More area than previous year as allocated at IIJS Bharat Tritiya 2025." *Please refer to the below table to submit your application
- Applied for “Less Area”:
If you have submitted your application for “less area”, please update your application to:
“Less area than previous year as allocated at IIJS Bharat Tritiya 2025.”

Important Note for Exhibitors:

It is
MANDATORY
to update your application as per the above instructions to ensure your eligibility for the appropriate stall allotment.
|
|
Please login at IIJS Bharat - Tritiya using your existing username and password (same as used for membership registration/renewal).
|
|
IIJS Bharat Prime Assure members may kindly note that 10% of the participation charges have already been paid at the time of opting for the IIJS Prime Assure Package.
The balance 40% payment (towards Slab 1 – 50%) is required to be completed on or before 12th January 2026. Please NOTE 50% of Slab-1 payment is essential for processing of the application and consideration for booth allotment for IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2026.

Application for More Area – Existing Exhibitors of IIJS Tritiya 2025 who are interested in more areas for IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2026, may need to apply for desired area.
|
|
Please Note: Applicants who have applied for the desired area under the IIJS Prime Assure package may be considered for additional area subject to availability.
|
| Members are informed that mere application for more area does not guarantee confirmed allotment. The numbers of booths to be allotted to applicants will be based on the overall application received & booth availability.
|
|
The benefits of any scheme shall be applicable only after the allotment to the company in that particular show/scheme. Mere application under any scheme does not qualify for its benefits.
|
|
NEW applicants: All new applicants who had applied for the IIJS Prime Assure package (2024–2026) during the previous edition but were not allotted space at IIJS Tritiya 2025 will be eligible for IIJS Prime Assure preference, over other new applicants, subject to availability.
|
|
Members are once again REQUESTED to MODIFY their space application form on or before 12th January 2026.
|
