As part of our continued efforts to enhance your sourcing experience and maximize business opportunities at IIJS Bharat Premiere 2026, GJEPC is pleased to introduce an exclusive Overseas Buyers Passport Scheme.
This initiative has been specially designed to encourage overseas buyers to explore a wider range of exhibitors across the show, enabling stronger business networking, greater product discovery, and enhanced sourcing opportunities.
How the Overseas Buyers Passport Scheme Works:
  • Eligible overseas buyers may collect their Passport from the designated International Registration / Help Desk at the exhibition venue.
  • To qualify under the scheme, buyers are required to obtain 20 exhibitor stamps during their visit to the exhibition.
  • Only stamps from Ordinary Member exhibitors (Global exporters mentioned on their booth) will be considered valid under the scheme.
  • Completed Passports must be submitted at the designated collection counter on or before 09th August 2026, within the stipulated timeline.
  • A Lucky Draw will be conducted on 09th August 2026 for all eligible completed Passports.
Buyer Benefits:
  • Selected overseas buyers, chosen through the Lucky Draw process, will be eligible to receive a fixed flight reimbursement of USD 525 (limited to one representative per company only), subject to fulfilment of the prescribed terms and conditions of the scheme.
  • The reimbursement benefit is limited in number and will be awarded only to the selected winners of the Lucky Draw.
  • The reimbursement shall be processed only upon successful verification of all required supporting documents, including passport copy, travel proof, and other applicable documents, as per the Council’s guidelines.
Important Guidelines:
  • Each passport must carry 20 valid exhibitor stamps to qualify.
  • Only one passport will be issued per eligible overseas buyer.
  • Buyers are advised to keep their passport safe, as lost or damaged passports may not be replaced.
  • Incomplete, duplicate, or invalidly stamped passports shall not be considered for the Lucky Draw.
This initiative is aimed at helping you connect with a broader range of Indian manufacturers, discover new collections, and create meaningful business partnerships at the show.
