We trust your preparations for IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2026 & IGJME Bharat - Premiere 2026, scheduled from 5th August 2026 to 9th August 2026 at JWCC and 6th August 2026 to 10th August 2026 at BEC, are progressing well.

We are pleased to inform you that the Exhibitor Manual for IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2026 & IGJME Bharat - Premiere 2026 is now LIVE on the IIJS Bharat - Premiere website https://gjepc.org/iijs-premiere/

You are requested to log in using your Login ID to access the online Exhibitor Manual through the exhibitor portal. Please refer to the online Exhibitor Manual and complete all mandatory forms and service bookings on or before 8th July 2026.
|
|
Exhibitors are requested to strictly adhere to the submission deadlines for all forms and services as specified in the Exhibitor Manual (Enclosed below) to ensure timely processing and smooth execution of the event.
|
|
Please note that payments for CCTV and Safe Rental services must be made only through the online exhibitor portal. Payments for these services will not be accepted directly by the respective vendors.
|
|
For any assistance related to the Exhibitor Manual, you may connect with your assigned Zone Manager. The contact details of your Zone Manager are available on your Exhibitor Dashboard.
|
|
Exhibitors are requested to clear any outstanding participation fee to ensure uninterrupted access to the online Exhibitor Manual. Failure to clear the outstanding dues may result in cancellation of your booth allocation, which may then be offered to the next company on the waitlist.
|
|

Kindly note that direct communication with Council staff will not be entertained. Members are requested to raise a ticket through the GJEPC Helpdesk to schedule a meeting with the GJEPC Secretariat staff for any clarifications related to IIJS Bharat Premiere 2026.
