We are pleased to announce the opening of space applications for the 19th edition of IIJS Bharat - Signature 2027, scheduled to be held from 7th to 10th January 2027 at Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC), BKC, Mumbai, and 8th to 11th January 2027 at Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), Goregaon, Mumbai, along with the concurrent show – IGJME Bharat - Signature 2027 (India Gem & Jewellery Machinery Expo) at BEC.

This event will unite the global gem and jewellery fraternity under one roof, offering an exceptional opportunity to network, showcase, and explore new business avenues. Known for its sharp focus on quality buyers and high-value transactions, IIJS Bharat - Signature has emerged as a premier sourcing platform for the industry.
|
|
As per the space application under Prime Assure package which was opened on 13th April 2026, we are delighted to share the overwhelming response received for IIJS Bharat - Signature 2027 & IGJME Bharat - Signature 2027 with 1,000+ companies, applying for 2,100+ stalls, which accounts for 60% of the total exhibition space already booked.

With significant space already booked, this is your final opportunity to apply for stall at IIJS Bharat - Signature 2027 & IGJME Bharat - Signature 2027. Members are strongly encouraged to submit their online space applications along with the requisite 50% advance payment within the stipulated timeline to avoid any inconvenience. Allocation of the space will be subject to availability and applicable allotment guidelines.

Please note: The sections and floorplan may be revised based on the applications received and operational requirements. Accordingly, the final sections and locations will be communicated through the allotment circular, and all exhibitors shall be bound by the final allotment plan. The same will be applicable to all the applicants including companies applying for stall retention.

About IGJME Bharat - Signature 2027 : (India Gem & Jewellery Machinery Expo)
|
|
IGJME Bharat - Signature 2027 will be held concurrently with IIJS Bharat - Signature 2027 at BEC, Goregaon. It is India’s most comprehensive platform dedicated to machinery, tools, technology, and allied solutions for jewellery manufacturing. The show is an essential part of IIJS Bharat - Signature and is specifically designed to cater to growing technological demands and manufacturing excellence within the jewellery industry.

As you are aware that due to renovation at Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), Hall 1 is not available for use during the year financial year 2026-27. Consequently, Hall 1 participants of IIJS Bharat - Signature 2026 will; stand dislocated. The National Exhibition Subcommittee is exploring all possible options across both venues — BEC and JWCC — to accommodate and allot booths in the best possible manner while minimizing inconvenience to members, as done for IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2026.
|
|
Considering the prevailing situation and operational requirements, the sections at both venues may undergo changes and may be rearranged to accommodate exhibitor demand. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
|
|
Any changes in booth location/floor plan due to the renovation of Hall 1 will be temporary in nature and may be revised in future editions depending upon the progress of renovation work at NESCO.
|

“No counter sale will be permitted during the Exhibition: As per the existing rules, if any Exhibitor is found selling any goods, the Council shall take such action as it deems fit including debarring the said Exhibitor from participating in the Exhibition and any future exhibitions which may be organized by the Council from time to time.”

Please be informed that if we do not receive your online space application form and payment on or before 30th August 2026, then you will automatically lose your preference if any, for allotment of space at IIJS Bharat - Signature 2027 & IGJME Bharat - Signature 2027. Kindly take note that in case of non-submission or incomplete submission, your application will be automatically rejected without any notice and such members will not be eligible for further consideration in our scheme of preferential allotment of space for participation at IIJS Bharat shows
