Important Update: Renovation Work at Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC)
|
|
We are pleased to inform you that the Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), Mumbai — the proud venue of IIJS Premiere — is currently undergoing significant renovation and modernization. These upgrades are focused on improving infrastructure, operational efficiency & enhancing the visitor experience.
|
|
As part of the ongoing renovation, Hall 7 will not be available for IIJS Premiere 2025. Consequently, IGJME Premiere 2025, which was previously hosted in Hall 7, will now be relocated to Hall 6. In near future the organiser has plans to pull down Hall 1 and create a new Hall there.
|
|
Please note that due to the renovation activities at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), booth locations allotted are valid for the current edition only and are subject to change in future editions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
|
|
Revised IIJS Premiere 2025 show dates:
|
|
In response to exhibitor and visitor feedback towards maximum utilisation of business opportunities days, the show dates for IIJS Premiere 2025 are revised as mentioned below, This revision effectively shift the show by one day
|
- 30th July - 3rd August 2025 (Wednesday to Sunday) Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC), BKC, Mumbai
- 31st July – 4th August 2025 (Thursday to Monday) Bombay Exhibition Centre (Nesco), Goregaon, Mumbai
- The future show dates may change accordingly, and you will be informed appropriately.

IIJS Prime:
|
|
As you may be aware, the “IIJS Prime Assure” & “IIJS Prime” scheme was introduced last year, which received an overwhelming response from participants. Building on that success, we are pleased to announce the “IIJS Prime” package. This exclusive package is for three upcoming IIJS shows — IIJS Premiere 2025, IIJS Signature 2026, and IIJS Tritiya 2026 — and offers a host of benefits to support and enhance your participation.

Benefits of “IIJS Prime”

- 4% Security Deposit: A one-time security deposit of 4% for all three shows under the IIJS Prime package — a significant reduction compared to the standard 10% deposit required for each individual show.
- Discount benefit: Enjoy benefit of discounted rates by participating at 3 shows, IIJS Premiere 25, IIJS Signature 26 and IIJS Tritiya 26. Please refer Annexure 1 for discount rates.

The Select Club – IIJS Signature 2026 Update:
|
|
"In view of the tremendous response to 'The Select Club' at IIJS Shows, we are pleased to inform you that 'The Select Club' at IIJS Signature 2026 will now be hosted at Jasmine Hall, 3rd Floor JWCC, similar to the venue as done for 'The Select Club' at IIJS Premiere 2024."
|
|
The shift of select club from Pavilion to Jasmine Hall opens opportunities for booth expansion to existing participants and enables entry for new applicants subject to availability.
|
|
NEW applicants: All new applicants who had applied for the IIJS Prime Assure package (2024–2026) during the previous edition but were not allotted space at IIJS Premiere 2024 will be eligible for Prime Assure preference, over other new applicants, subject to availability.
|
|
The space application for all 3 IIJS shows & IIJS Premiere 2025 (Single show) for the year 2025-26 will open on 14th April 2025. The deadline to submit the Space application for “IIJS Prime” & “Single show” is 30th April 2025. We request you to fill your space application form on or before 30th April 2025 to avail the exclusive DISCOUNT BENEFIT OFFER of IIJS Prime and carry on with the preferences as mentioned in the annexure.

Please be informed that if we do not receive your online space application form and payment on or before 30th April 2025, then you will automatically lose your preference if any, for allotment of space at IIJS Premiere 2025, IIJS Signature 2026 and IIJS Tritiya 2026. Kindly take note that in case of non-submission or incomplete submission, your application will be automatically rejected without any notice and such members will not be eligible for further consideration in our scheme of preferential allotment of space for participation at IIJS shows.

Members are requested to carefully read and understand the rules & regulations mentioned in the online space application form including important guidelines and allotment preferences, enclosed as Annexure 1
