Greetings from The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council!!!

We are pleased to announce the opening of stall booking for 13th Edition of IGJME 2020, to be held from 13th to 16th February 2020 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, India & 37th Edition of IGJME 2020.

Why IGJME 2020?

EXHIBITOR PROFILE:

60 % Plus Exhibitors look forward to Participate in IGJME 2020	19% Exhibitors wish to apply for More Area in IGJME 2020 & 72 % looking at retaining the same stall at IGJME 2020

• Re-location of Machinery section (IGJME) to Hall 7: The entire Machinery section has been re-located to Hall 7 from the existing location in Hall 6.

• Addition of New Stalls & Design Gallery in Hall 6: Few stalls have been added in Hall 6 to accommodate more area/new applicants.

IGJME 2020 SHOW DETAILS:

Applicants may apply for multiple booths as per their requirement. The allotment of booths, however, will be based on availability & as per set allotment criteria. Participation cost per booth is mentioned in the terms and conditions enclosed in the link below.

In our endeavour to provide instant and better facility to members, It may be noted that the submission of space application form will be accepted only through our online process only on https://www.gjepc.org/igjme (under Exhibitor Registration) by using existing username and password (same as was used for membership registration/renewal).

The payment towards the participation cost (non-refundable) should be paid only through online mode either by NEFT or RTGS in the following Bank account. The below bank account is for Indian Exhibitors only. All the applicants will be required to update the UTR number on the IGJME website after making their payment. Application without payment details (submission of UTR details) will be rejected.

Please Note: Members are requested to carefully study the floor plan, read the rules & regulations mentioned in the online space application form including important guidelines, the allotment procedure and cancellation policy (relaxations will not be permitted under any circumstances). Please note that members who are unable to renew the current year membership (applicable for Indian applicants) or having any past outstanding payment dues with GJEPC will automatically disqualify in the application process.

The last date for submission of online space application form is Saturday, 30th November 2019. The rules of space allotment & floor plan are enclosed herewith for your ready reference.

You are requested to call on 1800-103-4353 for any further details pertaining to IIJS Signature & IGJME 2020. You may alternatively raise your queries on www.gjepc.org/helpdesk No direct communication with council staff will be entertained. Members may also raise a ticket for meeting with the GJEPC secretariat www.gjepc.org/helpdesk for meeting them at GJEPC Office to clarify the queries pertaining to IIJS Signature & IGJME 2020.
