Dear valued IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2026 applicants,
We hope this message finds you in great spirits.
As we approach IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2026, scheduled for 5-9 August, 2026, now just two months away, we are pleased to inform you that the stall allotment process will commence shortly.
We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this period, particularly in light of the ongoing renovation and infrastructure enhancement works at the BEC (NESCO) Goregaon Mumbai venue.
We are also proud to share that this year we are Celebrating 25 years of your favourite IIJS Bharat in B2B Show format exclusively.
Ahead of this edition of IIJS Bharat, we would like to draw your attention to the current Code of Conduct for Exhibitors at IIJS Bharat Shows. Click here for Code of Conduct for Exhibitors at IIJS for your quick reference and is binding upon all exhibitors at IIJS Bharat shows. The Code of Conduct is designed to promote fair competition, safeguard business interests, preserve industry integrity, and ensure a professional, world-class trade environment for everyone.
A few crucial mandatory clauses of from the Code of Conduct are set out below, for your quick reference:
  • Exhibitors agree and understand that IIJS Bharat Shows are trade shows only and “Over the Counter sales” will not be permitted any IIJS Bharat shows. Exhibitors agree to not invite any consumers to any IIJS Bharat shows.
  • No Booth shall be left unattended at any time during the opening hours of the Exhibition. The Exhibitors' staff must be present at the relevant Booth at least 30 minutes before the opening hour and leave the Exhibition Hall not later than 30 minutes after the closing hour. Exhibitors shall be responsible for the good conduct of all their staff, agents, or representatives.
  • Exhibitors shall maintain valid and adequate insurance coverage at all times —before, during, and after the Exhibition—covering risks such as theft, fire, public liability, property damage, personal injury, third-party loss, accidents, natural calamities, acts of God, and any other risks typically insured.
  • Exhibitors shall not employ any unfair or unethical means to attract visitors away from any other Exhibitor or engage in any activities that are likely to cause disrepute to, or attract visitors away from exhibitions and shows organized by the Council, including by participating in any similar gem/diamond/jewellery exhibition or event(s) within the limits of the same city as that of any IIJS Bharat show two weeks before or one week after the said IIJS Bharat show.
  • Exhibitors shall not transfer, part with, or otherwise sublet the whole or part of their Booths, whether for financial consideration or otherwise.
