Greetings from GJEPC, team IIJS!

We hope you & your family are safe & healthy. You may be happy to know that IIJS Premiere, Bengaluru Show held in September 2021 was a 100% Covid event free show.

IIJS Premiere 2021 was the first IIJS Premiere Show in 36 years to travel out of Mumbai as a venue. We are happy to inform you that exhibitors at IIJS Premiere, Bengaluru on an average have received 30% to 40% new visitor traffic in their stalls.

Thus, the success of IIJS Premiere 2021 at Bengaluru in generating huge amount of new business has certainly paved the importance of different regions in India in driving new business. Based on such facts and market analysis we are happy to announce IIJS Tritiya 2022, the TRITIYA (3rd) version of IIJS from 24th to 27th March 2022 to be held at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru.

It is estimated from research that IIJS Premiere takes care of the festival season demand and IIJS Signature, the marriage season demand and hence this show will be catering to the Akshaya Tritiya & Eid festival. Based on this the brand new show of IIJS Tritiya 2022 is aptly timed in March 2022 with the main objective to further help and connect deeper in the unexplored cities to get new visitors and give you new business. We are positive like always that you will be supporting this endeavour of GJEPC to create new business for its members by giving you the effective platform in the form of IIJS Tritiya.

Further to the suggestions/inputs provided by our exhibitors & visitors of IIJS Premiere 2021 at BIEC, Council will undertake all necessary measures to improvise on the same to ensure a smooth & successful show.

Registration of Interest (ROI)

To assess the market demand and plan the show in right manner to meet your expectations, years back GJEPC had formulated this concept of calling for Registration of Interest from its members. Like always this time also we are conducting an ROI for IIJS Tritiya 2022 to understand your space requirement and execute the new show as per market requirements.

You are called to send your RoI application form along with an advance amount of Rs. 5,000 /- per sq. mtr. + GST in order to register your interest with us.

*Note:

  • Only GJEPC Members can apply to participate at IIJS Tritiya 2022 in the jewellery section.
  • The above charges are only an advance token for registration of your interest in participation. The final participation cost will be informed in due course. The above advance will be adjusted against the total participation cost, if allotted. If GJEPC is unable to provide the booth, GJEPC will refund the advance amount (without any interest) made through this application.

Kindly refer to the below points before submitting your ROI for IIJS Tritiya 2022.

  • IIJS Tritiya 2022 is a Brand New & an independent Show and procedurally is not a continuation of IIJS Premiere or IIJS Signature
  • All the stalls at IIJS Tritiya 2022 will be built-in stalls in Octonorm system. No RAW space option will be available.
  • Applicants can apply for any number of booths (min 9 sqm & in the order of 1,2,3,4,6,8,12 booths). Area will be allotted as per requirement received in ROI form & availability of booths.
  • You can cancel your ROI Application Form any time before the deadline of IIJS Tritiya 2022 Space Application Form. In that case, the amount paid along with the ROI Application Form will be refunded (without any interest). You are requested to accordingly send us an email with Subject line: Cancellation of ROI Application Form on iijs@gjepcindia.com on or before the deadline of IIJS Tritiya Space Application Form. In absence of any written communication, cancellation charges will be applicable accordingly
  • Guidelines for booth allotment will be informed along with final space application form.
  • Jewellery Start-up Zone (JSZ) will be where Women Entrepreneurs & Budding Designers can apply for only 6 sqm space. Participation cost for (JSZ) will be 70% of the normal booth cost. The Jewellery Start-up Zone will be in/around the Jewellery Section

  • Gold & Gold CZ Studded Jewellery
  • Diamond, Gemstone & Other Studded Jewellery
  • Silver Jewellery, Artefacts & Gifting Items
  • Loose Stones
  • Laboratories & Education
  • Machinery & Allied
  • Jewellery Start-up Zone (For Women Entrepreneurs & Budding Designers)

All the interested members are requested to submit their Registration of interest (ROI) for participation. The deadline to submit the ROI form is 20th December 2021. The link to apply for ROI is https://registration.gjepc.org/login.php
