Thank you for your participation at the forthcoming SAJEX 2025 scheduled from 11th – 13th September 2025 at Jeddah Superdome, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and hope your preparations are in full swing.

We have scheduled the booth allotment on Thursday, 14th August 2025, on zoom starting at 2:00 PM . Enclosed please find the allotment schedule and floor plan for your immediate reference. Exhibitors are requested to join zoom link 5 mins prior to the scheduled time & rename your zoom id with your company name .

Allotment Procedure :
|
Following the allotment procedure mentioned in the circular, for phase 1 & phase 2, booth will be allotted from higher to lower sqm.
|
It may be noted that lottery will be done based on chit containing the exhibitor’s name and then the exhibitor whose chit is picked will be allotted the booth .

Following the allotment procedure mentioned in the circular, for phase 3, booth will be allotted on first come first serve basis.
|
Phase 1 - Companies applying before 15th Feb 2025
|
Phase 2 - Companies applying before 28th Feb 2025
|
Phase 3 - Companies applying before 8th August 2025
|
Please note : Companies that are absent during the booth allotment process will be automatically allotted a booth without any preference and no requests will be considered for relocation.
