We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all our applicants for your continued support and unwavering trust in the IIJS brand.
We are pleased to inform you that the booth allotment for IGJME Premiere 2025 is scheduled as per below;
Date: Tuesday, 17th June 2025
Venue: Bharat Ratnam, Mega Common Facilitation Centre (MEGA CFC), Gate No. 4 , SEEPZ Special Economic Zone, Ground Floor, Exhibition Area, Andheri (E), Mumbai – 400096
The IGJME Premiere 2025 exhibition will be held in Hall 6 (New Hall) of BEC (Nesco), Goregaon, Mumbai.
As many of you may be aware, the BEC venue is currently undergoing extensive renovation, resulting in restricted space availability. Despite these challenges, and in view of the growing relevance of the Machinery and Allied segment, we are pleased to share that GJEPC has managed to secure not only a space for machinery section at NESCO, but also a marginal expansion in Hall 6.
This additional space has been thoughtfully allocated to accommodate the rising demand and to ensure a robust platform for innovation, technology, and growth in the machinery sector. The proactive steps taken by GJEPC reaffirms our commitment to supporting the evolving needs of the industry and to delivering a high-quality exhibition experience for all stakeholders.
Please be informed that the entire floor plan for IGJME Premiere 2025 has been completely restructured due to operational and venue-related changes as mentioned above. As a result, all previously allocated stalls stand dislocated, including applicants who had requested to retain the same area and same location. Accordingly, fresh booth allotments will be conducted through a transparent lottery system, based on the defined preference order for both existing and new applicants.
ALLOTMENT PREFERENCE:
The chronological order of allotment for IGJME Premiere 2025 will be as follows: It may be further noted that Booth Allotment will be undertaken from higher to lower space as per availability and through lottery basis. No further changes/modifications in space will be accepted after submission of the online space application form and before booth allotment.

  2. Second Preference : Less Area Than Previous Year – Non-Member
  3. Third Preference : Same Area Different Location - Members
  4. Fourth Preference : Same Area Different Location – Non - Members
  5. Fifth Preference : More Area Than Previous Year – Members
  6. Sixth Preference : More Area Than Previous Year – Non - Members

INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS:
  • For all International applicants, the allotment of booths will be done through lottery system and as per application and advance payments received. Any International applicant having their distributors / partners / dealers / representative in India may attend the allotment (based on authorization letter submission) & can choose the booths on their behalf.
  • Sister Concern / Group Companies: Group or sister concern companies will not be allotted booth together with International applicants. Such companies will have to go through the allotment process individually.
The centralised location for booth allotment for all applicants (pan India) will be held at Bharat Ratnam – Mega Common Facilitation Centre (MEGA CFC), Gate No. 4 , SEEPZ Special Economic Zone, Ground Floor, Exhibition Area,  Andheri (E),  Mumbai – 400096 on "17th June 2025". We request all the members to be present in Mumbai for ease of allotment as per the details mentioned in allotment schedule (enclosed).  For any reason, if member/s are unable to be present in Mumbai for their Booth allotment, then member/s can contact the respective Regional Office of the Council. Refer to the stall allotment schedule for your specific time at the Mumbai allotment venue.
NOTE:
To avoid delay in the allotment of booth, Council requests you to follow the set timelines to help us complete the allotment as scheduled. We look forward for your kind support and cooperation in our new endeavor for the allotment procedure.
  1. Only the decision maker, who can select the booth will be permitted for allotment.
  2. Internal discussions and Calls during selection of booth should be restricted.
  3. We will provide only 2 mins for booth selection. In case, the booth is not selected within the stipulated time, the booth will be auto allotted by the GJEPC secretariat.
  4. All exhibitors are requested to follow the mentioned timeline.
  5. Premium charges will be applicable as per the booth selected and mentioned in the floor plan (like corner charges).
  6. Entry and Documentation for Decision Makers: Only the designated decision-maker, authorized to select the booth, will be permitted for allotment. Please carry a copy of the booth allotment schedule, your company ID card, and Aadhar Card ID for smooth entry. Entry through Gate no. 4 is recommended. Limited Car Parking is available from Gate No.5 .We recommend arriving before the allotment time to avoid last-minute inconvenience.
It may be noted that applicants having any past payment outstanding / dues with GJEPC on the date of allotment will automatically be disqualified from the allotment process without any further notice.
For participation at IGJME, Membership of GJEPC is not mandatory, However for GJEPC Members the allotment of the booths will be based on their GJEPC Membership status as on 30th April 2025 and as per valid online application with subsequent advance payments submitted to the Council.

Important Notice: Attention Applicants
Please note that due to the renovation activities at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), booth locations allotted are valid for the current edition only and are subject to change in future editions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regards.
In the event that your company name is not reflected in the allotment schedule or on the floorplan, despite the submission of your Online Space Application Form, or for any other queries, we kindly urge you to reach out to the GJEPC Office promptly. Please ensure that you contact us on or before 16th JUNE 2025 before 2:00 PM at http://www.gjepc.org/helpdesk. Any concerns or discrepancies brought to our attention after this deadline will not be entertained.
Note: If a participant is absent or arrives late during their allotted time, and their company name is drawn during the lottery, GJEPC reserves the right to randomly allot the booth without any preference. No changes or further requests in this regard will be entertained.
Cancellation during ongoing Allotment : Requests for booth cancellations will not be accepted during the ongoing allotment on 17th June, 2024. Companies wishing to withdraw must send a written notice in advance to iijs@gjepcindia.com .Please note that cancellation charges, as per the cancellation policy, will apply.
