Subject: Circular for Booth Allotment for Jewellery Section at IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2026

Dear Applicants,
|
|
Greetings from GJEPC!
|
|
We are delighted to inform you that, in response to our space application circular dated 13th April 2026 for IIJS Bharat Shows for FY 2026–27, we have received an overwhelming number of applications from 2500+ companies applying for 4000+ booths for IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2026.
|
|
We sincerely thank all our members for their continued trust in the business generated by brand “IIJS Bharat”.
|
|
You may be informed that BEC (Nesco) has already started dismantling Hall 1, for which we will lose space for 897 stalls (@9 sqm) as it was in IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2025. Due to that all exhibitors who were in Hall No 1 in IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2025 will get displaced and accommodated in different location/s. You may be also informed that progressively due to ongoing refurbishing of NESCO/ BEC in next two to three years one by one dismantling of hall 2 and 3 will also take place. We will keep you informed of the same.

However we are happy that after many rounds of planning we are able to compensate such loss of stall space in hall 1 without any decrease in stall size of any jewellery member exhibitor as per the following.

Hall 6 at BEC: accomodated additional 627 stalls

Imperial Hall adjacent to Hall 2 at BEC : accomodated 70 stalls

Lotus Hall adjacent to Jasmine Hall at Jio ( JWCC) : accomodated 158 stalls

The revised product section allocations are as follows:

The Diamond Jewellery Section from JWCC has been relocated at BEC

Colour gemstone Section from BEC has been relocated to Jasmine Hall at JWCC

Silver Jewellery, Artefacts & Gifting Section has been relocated from BEC to the Pavilion Hall (Ground Floor) at JWCC

To explain this relocation Council had done zoom meeting with the Silver, Colour gemstones and Machinery and Allied section
|

The Select Club as a completely separate section will now be relocated at super premium Lotus Hall (adjacent to Jasmine Hall) and Jasmine hall on 3rd Floor, JWCC.
|
|
(Due to space constraint the Cafeteria facility at Ground floor of JWCC will be shifted to 3rd Floor and will be available only on the 3rd Floor)
|
|
Concurrent Show – IGJME Bharat - Premiere 2026:

A: Machinery section has been relocated to Hall 5 in BEC, and

B: Allied section is relocated in the newly created Aurum Hall in Ground opposite hall4, BEC.

|
Please Note: The booth allotment for machinery , IGJME Bharat - Premiere 2026 will be scheduled at a later date and will be informed subsequently.
|

New applicants
|
|
We are disheartened to inform you that due to ongoing renovation at BEC venue, New Applicants will not be considered for allotment in any section for IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2026. We are hopeful of accepting the new applicants in future editions.
|
|
The Booth Allotment for IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2026 will be conducted as per the schedule mentioned below:

Allotment of Preference to Applicants in each category will be as per below:
|

GENERAL ORDER of PREFERENCES FOR EVERY CATEGORY
|

Ordinary Members will have 1st preference in the allotment of booths.
-
Members having manufacturing units registered under Udyog Aadhar Number (UAN) / SSI with the Council will get 2nd preference in booth allotment.
-
Associate Members will get the 3rd preference in each respective category of allotment(s).
|
|
Please note that booth allotment will be conducted section-wise, starting from higher to lower space categories, based on availability and through a lottery system. No changes or modifications to space requests will be accepted after submission of the online space application form and prior to the allotment process.
|
|
Booth allotment will follow the chronological order outlined below and will be subject to space availability at the respective venues BEC and JWCC.
|
|
Chronological order for Booth allotment for Jewellery, Loose Stones, Labs. & Education will be as follows:
|
|
|

First Preference:
Companies who have retained the same area and same location as the previous year (IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2025) will be auto allotted and hence do not have to be present for the allotment.

Second Preference:
In order to properly align the floorplan, a few companies have been dislocated
(Refer Annexure 1 in the Booth Allotment Schedule Circular).
These companies will get second preference in booth allotment.

Third Preference:
Companies who have applied for less area than the previous year will get the third preference in the booth allotment.
-
Fourth Preference:
Companies who have applied for the same area but a different location will get fourth preference in the booth allotment.

Fifth Preference:
In view of the significant space constraints arising from the ongoing renovation and the extensive realignment of sections across both venues, requests for additional area are considered. However, to properly align the floorplan, only the dislocated companies from Hall 1, Hall 5, and Hall 6 holding 16 sqm booths will be considered for allotment of 18 sqm booths, subject to availability and floorplan alignment requirements.

New Applicants:
Due to limited space, new applicants will not be considered for allotment.

The Select Club at IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2026:
All the participants of The Select Club will be relocated to the Jasmine & Lotus Ballrooms (3rd Floor), JWCC.
|
|
Selection Criteria for The Select Club Applicants:
|
|
For applicants of The Select Club who were participating in any other product section during IIJS Bharat – Premiere 2025, allotment preference for The Select Club section shall be considered based on the following criteria:
|
|
First Preference:
|
|
Companies already participating as part of The Select Club in either IIJS Bharat Signature, IIJS Tritiya, or both.
|
|
Second Preference:
|
|
Membership category preference shall be applicable in the following order:
|
- Ordinary Members
- MSME Members
- Associate Members
|
|
Note:
The allotment schedule with company name, time slot, date, and floorplan will be shared by 17th June and will also be published on our website under Domestic Exhibitions.
We request all members to be present in Mumbai for ease of allotment. However, if any member is unable to be present at the Booth Allotment venue in Mumbai, they may contact their respective regional office of the Council.

We request all the applicants to look at the allotment rules and regulation very carefully along with the Floor plans and no changes will be done during the allotment process. Also the code of conduct should be referred and followed as any violation will be viewed very strictly and will lead to cancellation of your current (IIJS Bharat - Premiere 2026) and future participations too.
|
|
